Supporting commercial and private developments with smart electrical solutions.
Whether we are making the transformer in our factory in Sydney, or inspecting the materials and build in our transformer manufacturer’s factories in China we maintain a very high standard of attention to detail, and focus on compliance.
We handle complex builds from custom units to $4M+ projects, ensuring excellence and supporting clients with flexible credit terms for smooth, timely project delivery.
Every product—local or overseas—meets strict quality standards, backed by regular site audits and compliance checks to ensure reliable performance and on-time delivery.
Over our 50 years of specialist transformer manufacturing , we have learnt that the most important part of our business, is our customers.
Regular visits to audit the progress of our overseas supplier’s, and stay in touch with what maintains the best flow for our customers.
These customer’s have come from many different industries: key infrastructure, mining, commercial, and private contractors.
Each coming to us with a different set of problems, and have had them resolved with a unique set of solutions.
TEAM
For transformers up to 3MVA frame size, up to 33kV voltage rating.
Suited for outdoor installations.
Integrated oil bund and weatherproof kiosk to keep the oil bund for oil only. Less site preparation work for installation.
Transformer with standard safety accessories. Keep the site from oil spilling issue.
Mining, Construction site etc.
For transformers up to 3MVA frame size, up to 33kV voltage rating.
Suited for outdoor installations.
Less installation work, can be relocated with projects.
MV and LV protections are included.
Minding, Construction etc.
Our Earthing Transformers (Oil filled), are great for situating in your system which requires the addition of a neutral for earth protection.
Up to 3MVA frame size, up to 33kV voltage rating
Suited for outdoor installations. Use for control ground fault current and Earth-fault factor. (ref: IEEE Std C62.92 series)
Specially designed to withstand your site fault levels, with practical and theoretical condition testing on the design available.
With critical safety accessories.
Renewable, microgrid etc.
Our Dry Type Transformers (AS60076.11) are great for more protected, indoor environments, where avoidance of potential oil spills is critical. The transformer has much less maintenance required in comparison to oil-filled alternatives
Up to 20MVA frame size, up to 33kV voltage rating. Available in MEPS and HEPS efficiency rating.
Suited for indoor installations, to be used in conjunction with surge protection.
Able to be installed closer to other structures (1.5m according to AS 2067), has no risk for oil leaks.
Safety clearances must be maintained to live parts.
Ideal for indoor environments and in sensitive areas, such as Hospital Basement.
Our Enhanced Protected Transformers (Less flammable K-type, KNAN, per AS 2067:2016) are the perfect installation for more exposed, outdoor environments which are situated close to other installations (eg. non-fire rated wall). Being enhanced protected, the transformer has greater tank structural design, alongside a high-rate pressure relief valve. The customer is responsible for installation of HV and LV fuses to maintain Enhanced Protected certification.
Up to 50MVA frame size, up to 66kV voltage rating. Available in MEPS and HEPS efficiency rating.
Suited for most outdoor installations, when used in conjunction with oil bunding (we can provide a kiosk solution if no on-site bunding available).
Resilience to outdoor environments, able to be installed closer to other structures (ref AS2067:2016 Table 6.1), better robust protection against physical damage, transformer design clearances more effectively managed with the insulating properties of the oil.
Bunding must be used to avoid oil spill leakage to surrounding environments.
Ideal for outdoor installations and where transformer is installed close to other structures, able to be offered in hot dip galvanised finish when environment is corrosive.
Our Mineral Oil Filled Transformers (ONAN, as per AS 60076) are the perfect installation for more exposed, outdoor environments. The steel tank, filled with oil, which surrounds the transformer, offers a high resistance to external corrosion, and the insulating oil assists in clearances required for the transformer design.
Up to 50MVA frame size, up to 66kV voltage rating. Available in MEPS and HEPS efficiency rating as per 2374.1.2-2003.
Suited for most outdoor installations, when used in conjunction with oil bunding (we can provide a kiosk solution if no on-site bunding available).
Resilience to outdoor environments, better robust protection against physical damage, transformer design clearances more effectively managed with the insulating properties of the oil.
Bunding must be used to avoid oil spill leakage to surrounding environments.

Our GNAN transformer is an advanced electrical power conversion system designed for high-performance applications, though it requires careful environmental considerations as it lacks explosive-proof certification.
Up to 3MVA frame size, up to 66kV voltage rating. Available in MEPS and HEPS efficiency rating.
Excels in surface and first level subsurface – industrial facilities, data centers, renewable energy systems, or specialized manufacturing environments
While not explosive-proof certified, it satisfies surface level installations or initial sub surface installations, where explosion certification is not mandatory, but the transformer still requires the level of protection only offered by a GNAN transformer.
